yes, it is in the bill

if the dems have their say then yes they will be taxed.

Tampons will have new regulation on hazardous waste disposal and penalties for free flushing.

if so, then its really bad and common items like those listed should not be taxed like that, even if its 2 cents on the dollar its all very bad and wrong.

As far as I’m concerned, everything that you just have to use is already taxed anyway, and if some are not, are going to be. And this was way before the health care came about. I really don’t see why people think this is so brand new

i want to see a protest where women are waving tampons in the air…the should chant “pelosi and obama, stay out of my vagina…”.

cant women do both with just the toothbrush? i am sure it would be cheaper…

People can just use toilet brushes as alternatives. It works for the British.

Government should stay out of the puzz business. Cars and banks were bad enough!

They’ll tax your butthole if they can. A band-aid? Yep, medical device. Tax that sucker. What people who bleat ‘but these items are already taxed anyway’ don’t get, is this tax will be on top of any state and local sales tax they are already paying on the item. The government sure loves the ignorant. No wonder the NEA is controlled by liberals, who oppose giving raises to teachers based on performance. Wouldn’t want to brighten up the morons graduating today who run out and vote for every liberal who promises them piles of money gleaned from the productive under threat of incarceration.
