Everyone has experienced stress at some point in their life. So the question isHow do you stay stress free or minimize stress?

Its a matter of how frequently and how much stress is presented to us. We must recognize it and it really depends on how you respond to stress. There are several healthy ways to go about this:

What stresses do you want to keep and get rid of  in your life learn to say No to ones you know will be stressful and effect you in a negative way.

Make daily exercise a high priority as this is a great stress reliever or take a walk to clear your mind.

Relax your muscles and just take time to relax set aside some time that is just for YOU (no electronics, no kids or family, just time for you to close your eyes and take some deep breaths of fresh air, we often put ourselves and our health at the end of the list).

Have a plan to balance your life in different situations learning vs mentoring, being responsible for your own actions vs seeking help from someone more experienced, helping others vs needing some care for yourself, and rest vs exercising.

What are the signs or Stress?

Your adrenals are an important organ in your body in helping to reduce your stress if things are functionin properly. The three main adrenal stress hormones are aldosterone, cortisol, and DHEA. These control our immune system, skin, and bone health, joint, muscle, and throid function, quality of sleep, and energy production.

Hormones are released in continuous cycles throughout the day and abnormal adrenals can cause symptoms in the body in many different ways such as low body temps, poor memory, sleep irregularities, hypoglycemia, osteoperosis, joint and muscle pain, and lack of energy are all signs of chronic stress.
